As a 5-star hotel, there are lots of improvements needed in this hotel. The room we stayed has strong paint smell. The wash sinks are easily clogged. The water temperature of shower faucet is so difficult to adjust, it’s either burning hot or too cold. It can’t stay at warm level.
We reserve the stay in the hotel for a friend's wedding held in the same hotel. All the guests suppose to receive welcome basket but nothing was delivered to our room.

My room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was very nice. However, there didn't seem to be any record of my reservation at the front desk. Consequently, there was no shuttle to pick me up at the airport, and registering for a room was a lengthy process.

Everything about this hotel was great with the exception that I found a cockroach in the bathroom within 5 minutes. Otherwise,staff were great and so the room once I vanquished the insect.
